24th All India Bhavsar Adhiveshan held at Ujjain, M.P , India
between 18th to 20th January,   2008                                            

 The 24th Akhil Bhartiya Bhavsar Kshatriya Mahasabha Adhiveshan was held during 18th to 20th January, 2008 at the holy city UJJAIN (M.P), India. This city is also known as City of Temples. There are many Temples located in this City. The main attraction of this City is the famous Temple of Mahakali. The Adhiveshan was organized by coalition of Bhavsar Samaj of Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Rajasthan. Hon. President Shri Maheshji from Indore, Shri Jadishji and Shri Mr.Rameshji Savalia from MP/Rajasthan had given their best efforts to make this 24th Adhiveshan at Ujjain successful. There were some 18 committees established to hold and manage the whole Programme for 3 days. We must salute these dignitaries as well the supporting bodies / committees and the Volunteers for their great efforts and hard work. There was an advance arrangement made by ABBKM for the delegates and valued patrons at Ujjain for accommodation and other facilities. ABBKM had also arranged for the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for all the delegates and patrons during these three days.

18/01/2008, Friday, the 1st Day of 24th ABBKM Adhiveshan.

An exhibition was inaugurated on this day in the evening. In This pradarshini all the photographs of Bhavsar achievements, their Progress step-by step, paintings etc. was exhibited. It was really a nice exhibition. After that a meeting of ABBK Mahila Parishad and simultaneously a meeting of ABBKM Youth Parishad were held. There was a lengthy discussion among the Bhavsar youth in Youth Praishad which was lead by Dr. Ratnakar Phulzele. Immediately on completion of this Youth Meeting, ABBKM Working committee meeting took place. In this meeting the main agenda was to pass the proposed additions and amendments in ABBKM constitution to preserve Unity, Harmony and energies of Bhavsar Sanghathanas, santhas and Mahasabha.

19/01/2008, Saturday, the 2nd Day of 24th ABBKM Adhiveshan.

After break fast all participants gathered for further activity at Adhiveshan. Early in the
Morning around 8 AM the Flag was hoisted by Hon. President Shri. Kalyandasji Gaddale of ABBKM. The function started with Mata Hingulambika Aarti. On completing the Aarti, all the dignitaries were escorted to the Dais for felicitation. A reception committee had warmly welcomed all the delegation attendees who came from across the Country. After the welcome the meeting was chaired by Hon. President of ABBKM. The 24th ABBKM Conference for Bhavsars was inaugurated by lighting the traditional lamps by Chief Guest the Mayor of Ujjain. A message was given by the Hon. Mayor of Ujjain to all the Bhavsars in and across the world. After the message of Hon. Mayor of Ujjain, a detailed Report was presented in conference by the General Secretary of ABBKM Shri. Jayprakash Amberkar. After the report the conference was addressed by President Shri. K.Gaddaleji.

The Chief Election officer Shri. K.B.Mahindrakar gladly declared the results of the Election which was held for the positions of Akhil Bhartiya Bhavsar Kshatriya Mahasabha President and State Presidents for the period of 2008 to 2012. The results were as follows:

Shri Narayanrao Baburao Tatuskar, Hubli, was elected as ABBKM President while for State Presidents,  Shri Shridharrao T.G. of Shimoga for Karnataka, Shri Arun Ramprasad Bhavsar of Amalner for Maharashtra, Shri Mahadevrao Patange of Hyderabad for Andhra Pradesh (Unopposed), Shri Jagdishchandra Bhavsar of Indore for Madhya Pradesh/Rajasthan/ Chhatisgarh (Unopposed), Shri Sambshivrao Kangokar of Tiruninravur for Tamilnadu (Unopposed) and Shri Harikrishna Bhavsar of Vadodara for Gujarat (Unopposed) were elected. After the swearing Ceremony of all these dignitaries the Newly Elected President Shri Tatuskarji released a rolling plan, ideas, views, and his future plans for the Development of Bhavsars. Before the Plenary session started, mementos were presented and also an Announcement made for the new office bearers. Condolences were passed in memory of distinguished Bhavsars who expired recently. Maranottar Awards were awarded to these persons for their service to the Samaj in their life time. Awards, Puruskars and Trophies were also presented to several Bhavsars for their achievement and Volunteer services consistently to the Bhavsar Samaj. In the evening a cultural program was organized in which drama debate, dance etc. were presented by the youth Bhavsar boys and girls.

20/01/2008, Sunday, the 3rd Day of 24th ABBKM Adhiveshan.

The Mahabhishek to Mahakaleshwar was arranged for all the delegates by ABBKM. After completing the Abhishek a huge Shobhayatra started from Mahalaeshwar Temple. In this Shobhayatra all the Bhavsars from Ujjain, all patrons, delegates present joined together and displayed the MAHAVIRAT SWAROOP OF BHAVSARS. After the Shobhayatra a felicitation program was organized for ABBKM working committee, patron members and all the sponsors who had donated generously. An Open session for discussion on the development of Bhavsar Samaj followed. A warm welcome was offered to the Chief Guest and after his message the conference was addressed by the outgoing President Shri Kalyandasji Gaddaleji as well as by the newly elected President Shri N.B.Tatuskarji. After the felicitation to Shri Kalyandasji Gaddale the Maha Aarti was performed. Finally a vote of thanks was released by ABBKM as well the organizing committee of 24th ABBKM Adhiveshan to all the Bhavsars, Bhavsar delegations, valued patrons for their valued attendance at the conference.

Active in development of Mahila Bhavsar sisters particularly.
Conducting conferences, Mahila melawa as well regular committee meetings.
Also active in forming Mahila Mandalis and working as a trouble shooter for their local
problems.

GRADUATE/YOUTH PARISHAD :
To help the needy students by distributing various scholarships, books and other necessities.Conducting personality development programmes for the students

BHAVSAR VISION :
It’s a kind of Rotary Club type organization. Conducting Free Medical Camps, Personality development activities, Mass Marriages, Melawa for Vadhu-Var, conferences.

VIDHYA UTKARSHA NIDHI :
Chairman: Mr. K.Gaddaleji
It’s an education Trust. The main activity is to extends various scholarships to the needy /deserving students across India,

MOST IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT :
The President Shri Narayanrao Tatuskar announced a plan for establishment of an Engineering & Management College for Bhavsars. This decision was welcomed with great enthusiasm by all and Donations of Rs.45 lakhs were pledged on the spot by various participants.

ASSETS AND FACILITIES OF ABBKM

MUMBAI
1) Vacated the Mahajanwadi from E.S.I.C. (A unit of Govt. Authority in India, Central Level) Ground Floor and First floor by the order of Court. Any Bhavsars can stay here (for Three days) by paying a very nominal charge of Rs. 30/-Only (per day).

BANGALORE
1) A huge Community Hall and an Atithi Gruh at Mahalaxmi Mandir, Bangalore.
The approx. Cost of construction was Appx. Rs. 70 Lakhs.

DHARWAD
K.T.Boarding building, free accommodation for Bhavsar Students.

HUBLI
Hostel at Hubli, Karnataka. With the efforts of our newly elected President Shri Narayanraoji Tatuskar, the Local M.P. has sanctioned Rs. 5 Lakhs for further development of the Hostel. Additional rooms have been
constructed recently.

PANDHARPUR
The Pandharpur Dharmashala constructed at the appx. Cost of Rs. 22 Lakhs where Bhavsars can stay and
do pooja of Devashri Panduranga.

Samuhika Vivah
ABBKM emphasized the need for Samuhika Vivah (Mass Marriages) across the Country (India) considering the rapid developments in the society as well the gradually increasing costs across the country.

Conclusion: ABBKM is doing a tremendous job for all the Bhavsars from all over India whether he/she is from a Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu or Hindi speaking area. ABBKM continues to support socially, financially and all the available ways and means by bringing all the Bhavsaras on a common platform.
